Refunds

We accept returns for refund on all items received in like new condition (absolutely no wear, unless defective) with tags in place within 30 days of the original purchase date.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final.

Shipping costs on original order are not refundable. This includes duties and taxes. Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and exchanges, however if you’re exchanging something — outbound shipping will be free.

Refunds are issued in the form of original payment (minus original shipping) and may take up to 14 business days to process.

You can also exchange or return for store credit or refund to your original payment method. Select your exchange or return preferences through the return portal. When returning product, please include original purchase receipt.

Economy Shipping

We offer standard flat rate USPS shipping. For any order over $150 we offer free shipping. For orders below $150 our standard rate is $10. 

Loss or Damage

Please note that Niki Roxx is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order or reach out to us at Hello@nikiroxx.com and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.

Niki Roxx is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

International Orders
